- Individual tag - $18.00
- Individual tag with penalty - $36.00
- Puppies that are less than 3 months old July 1st through Nov 30th - $9.00
- Duplicate Tags - $5.00

(Only available at Auditors office and Dog Wardens office) - Kennel License with penalty - $180.00
(Only available at Auditors office and Dog Wardens office) - All issuing agencies except the Auditors Office and Humane Society will charge a fee of $.75 per license
- Online purchases will be assessed a convenience fee of $2.75
- Life time Tags - $180.00

- You have 30 days from the date you move to Ohio from another state in which to tag your dog (s)
- If you moved here from another county in Ohio, you have until your current tag expires to purchase a Williams Co tag
- You have 30 days from the day you adopt/purchase your dog in which to tag him/her
